Section 31
Repeal and rescue
(1) The National Commission for Women Act, 2063 is repealed.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the National Commission for Women Act, 2063 shall be deemed to be taken in accordance with this Act.
(3) Complaints pending before the Commission under the National Commission for Women Act, 2063 at the time this Act comes into force will be transferred to the Commission under this Act.
(4) At the commencement of this Act, the officers who are in office in the Commission under the National Commission for Women Act, 2063 shall automatically be relieved of their duties after the commencement of this Act.
(2) Actions taken in accordance with the National Commission for Women Act, 2063 shall be deemed to be taken in accordance with this Act.
(3) Complaints pending before the Commission under the National Commission for Women Act, 2063 at the time this Act comes into force will be transferred to the Commission under this Act.
(4) At the commencement of this Act, the officers who are in office in the Commission under the National Commission for Women Act, 2063 shall automatically be relieved of their duties after the commencement of this Act.
